Hello to you all. Thanks for reading about coaching. I’m so glad you’re curious about this work, because it is so important!
My coaching work is not about ‘how to parent’, it’s not about behavioral issues or parenting strategies for a more peaceful day-to-day with your children. This work is for you. The You that loves your kiddos more than anything, and yet feels stifled within the pressures, obligations and responsibilities you carry. The roles you fulfill (mother/father/parent, spouse, employee, professional, the list goes on) take up all the space, more than all. We try so hard to be everything that we want our children to have. We carry such pressure to fulfill obligations to clients or employers, to hustle, win, compete. We caretake more than just our children. It can be utterly mystifying how to show up in our marriages or partnerships, at the end of these longest days. And there is too often nothing left for us, of us.

I am a somatic psychotherapist specializing in Women's health. The foundation of my approach to psychotherapy is in addressing the needs of the nervous system, helping clients to understand their own behavior and to improve their ability to live in their desired experience (less anxious, less depressed, more hopeful, etc.). In addition, my training provides the opportunity to address the distress of living in experiences that we never wanted to have and don't want to be the reality. I am dedicated to providing women with a safe environment to process trauma, grief, loss, fears and hopes as they manage the tasks of daily life.
I offer support specifically to women as they move towards and transition into motherhood, with awareness and training in reproductive mental health. Many women are not prepared for the challenges that may arise while TTC. Infertility is often a very lonely experience, pregnancy loss is traumatic and can be isolating; I provide a space for you to be seen, heard and validated. For many women issues arise in the 4th trimester when the increased demands of motherhood collide with past experiences, new ways of being in the world, and the myriad of challenges & joys related to family life.
I offer tele-health and in-person sessions depending on clients location and flexibility. Free 20 minute consultations are provided to determine if we are a good therapeutic fit. Every mother deserves support, encouragement, and a sacred space to process their own experience. Please see my website for more information.

I believe that everyone is deserving of support. Transitions are challenging under the smoothest of circumstances, and the perinatal period is known for being full of the unexpected: your journey may not be going as you hoped, you may be experiencing anxiety about what's to come, or feeling low "for no real reason". Many women simply want to take this pivotal time to work through wounds from their past in order to break certain cycles within their family systems. Perhaps you have managed difficulties on your own before, but lately the familiar tools are no longer working.
Together we can sort through what you're going through, work towards your goals, and build upon the strengths you already have to find your innate resilience. I believe each of us has a natural drive towards health and wholeness, though you may need help tuning in to your body to change certain patterns that no longer serve you. I utilize somatic therapy to effect change in the nervous system, as science shows us more and more that "the body keeps the score" (Bessel van der Kolk). When we pay attention to the body in addition to our thoughts and feelings, we change the brain more effectively.

My work is devoted to helping clients release the physical and emotional patterns that create pain and dis-ease in the body. Much of what I do involves meeting people in the tender, often uncomfortable liminal spaces of the human experience—transition, loss, birth, sexual trauma, birth trauma, death, divorce, and other moments of profound change. I offer an accepting, loving, and safe environment where individuals can explore their body’s structures and core beliefs, creating space for greater potential, clarity, and fulfillment.
