Dads Group
0-4 years old

The intention for this group is to create a safe and confidential place for dads to come together in community, to offer each other support and space for deeper listening and sharing. 

 

We'll cover topics like:

  *Identity shifts with fatherhood

  *Partner/Marriage changes

  *Career/job challenges

  *Self-care/Emotional/relational needs 

  

We allow for the authentic nature of the group to unfold and cover additional discussion topics as needed. As a result of connecting in this space, dads often discover friendships that carry forward outside of the group setting. 

 

Come get support around your journey through fatherhood, gain friendships and share in a supportive environment.
