Holistic Care

Animas Natural Health
Hailee Dover ND

Coaching | Holistic Practitioner | Therapy | Physical Therapy | Hormone treatment | Pelvic floor health | HypnoBirthing education classes

I am a licensed naturopathic doctor specializing in hormone health, pelvic floor health, and women’s wellness across every stage of life. My work blends evidence-based naturopathic medicine, functional testing, and mind-body care. As a provider certified in biofeedback for pelvic floor therapy, I help women reconnect with, strengthen, and restore balance to their pelvic floor through gentle, guided retraining. This work supports pregnancy, postpartum recovery, bladder and bowel health, core stability, sexual wellness, and confidence in the body at every stage of life. I am also a certified HypnoBirthing® educator offering classes that equip expectant parents with practical tools for a calm, informed, and confident birth. HypnoBirthing strengthens the mind-body connection throughout pregnancy and labor, helping families approach birth with trust, preparation, and a sense of agency. The course is designed to gently release fear and reframe birth as an intuitive, empowering experience. At the heart of my practice is a deep commitment to walking alongside women through some of life’s most tender, challenging, and transformative transitions- from fertility and pregnancy & birth education to postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond. I believe healing happens best when women feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I don’t approach care as a distant authority, but as a steady presence and trusted companion; someone who listens deeply, offers guidance with compassion, and helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom during times of change. My goal is for every woman to feel supported, informed, and held as she moves through these powerful chapters of her life.

Gold Pine Wellness
Cara Sheahan, LMT, Abdominal Therapist

Bodywork | Massage Therapist | Holistic Practitioner

My name is Cara (she/her), and I am in service of helping people come home to themselves. Through various bodywork techniques, breath, and presence, my goal is to help you feel at home in your body. My passion is serving women during the childbearing continuum. This includes preconception work to enhance fertility, bodywork during pregnancy to prepare for labor and birth, and postpartum support to integrate the monumental transformation that has occurred. I believe if all mothers are supported and nourished, the world will begin to heal. I am also deeply interested in pain management bodywork. When we can allow our nervous systems to rest in a calmed state, we give our bodies the opportunity to heal. In addition to prenatal and therapeutic massage, I offer abdominal therapy. This modality is an external, non-invasive, bodywork therapy that helps align abdominal organs and increase nerve, lymph, energy, and blood flow. A typical session is 1/3 abdominal work, and 2/3 posterior work (to reduce tension & restriction in the back & lower spine). Guidance and resources for self massage are given during your first session, so you can continue this work at home between sessions. By improving physical positioning and systemic function, this therapy may improve fertility (for both partners!) Abdominal Therapy may also be a useful tool to prepare for and support IVF & IUI treatments, as it can optimize uterus positioning and vitality.

Allison Riederer MS, RDN

Nutrition

Allison helps women improve their nutrition in a way that feels realistic, personalized, and sustainable for real life. She works with clients to create nutrition strategies that support energy, nourishment, recovery, hormone health, and overall wellbeing through the many demands and transitions of womanhood and motherhood, without rigid food rules or overwhelming meal plans. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based nutrition science, but tailored to the individual. That means considering each client’s unique health history, symptoms, lifestyle, schedule, food preferences, stress levels, family demands, and goals to create a nutrition plan that actually fits and flexes with their busy lives. Allison works with women across many stages of life, including preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, the demanding and vulunerable seasons of motherhood where caring for yourself often falls to the bottom of the list. She also supports women navigating dietary adjustments during periods of hormone transition and breastfeeding, including maternal elimination diets related to suspected food sensitivities in their child. Many clients come to Allison feeling overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice, tired of restrictive diets, or unsure how to consistently feed themselves and their families in a way that supports everyone’s needs. Allison helps clients navigate real-life challenges like feeding a household with diverse nutrition needs, adapting the home food environment for food allergies or sensitivities, reducing mealtime stress, and building healthier long-term relationships with food within the family dynamic.
