For Love & Babes has partnered with One on One Wellness PT to present a 2-hour workshop all about perimenopause. What you know and do in your 30s will dictate your health in later years. Imagine going through puberty without knowing what’s happening! This is the reality for many experiencing perimenopause and menopause. With anywhere from 40 to 400 symptoms that go beyond hot flashes and mood swings, let’s have the conversation. What is perimenopause? When does it happen? What can you do to make this transition as magnificent as possible?
