For Love & Babes is thrilled to partner with Humming Bliss Acres to host a special workshop:
An evening retreating and aligning with the true desires of your heart, even in the midst of raising children, busy schedules, and tricky relationships. An evening to relax as I guide you through a little deep work helping you open up to the reason you have been stuck in people pleasing.
We will explore the type of people pleaser you most relate to and use a few practices to embody your next version, stepping closer to who you desire to become.
Much of our time will be on the floor. Please wear comfortable clothing.
A gluten/dairy-free snack will be provided for the experience.
