Service Description

HypnoBirthing® is an evidence-based childbirth education course designed to help you feel calm, confident, and informed as you prepare for birth. This class focuses on practical mind-body tools that support an intuitive, empowered birth experience- without centering on fear or pain. You’ll learn breathing techniques, deep relaxation, labor positions, and partner support skills, along with a clear understanding of how your body works through each stage of labor. The course also teaches how stress and fear can impact birth and how to reduce unnecessary interventions, helping you feel prepared to make confident choices for yourself and your baby. This course is ideal if you are: Pregnant and wanting a natural or unmedicated birth Planning a VBAC or scheduled cesarean Feeling anxious or fearful about birth Wanting a prenatal class that goes beyond pain and medications Looking for ways your partner can feel confident and involved Planning a hospital or home birth What’s Included: 5 weekly classes (2.5 hours each) HypnoBirthing® book by Marie Mongan Guided relaxation recordings Parent workbook with affirmations, scripts, and birth preference templates Weekly support emails and educator guidance Evidence-based pregnancy and birth education Taught over five weeks to allow time for practice and integration, this course helps you build confidence gradually and develop skills that support birth, postpartum, and parenthood.
